STS Participates as Key Speaker at PV ModuleTech USA Conference in Napa, California

Napa, California – May 23, 2024 – STS, the pioneering ISO17020-accredited inspection body for renewables, is proud to announce our participation in the recently concluded PV ModuleTech USA conference held on May 21-22 in Napa, California. Our Executive Vice President of Business Development, Frédéric Dross, delivered an insightful presentation during the session “Understanding & De-risking PV Module Field Failures”.

Frédéric’s presentation on “Catch Before You Release! – De-Risking Investment Starts in the Factory” was particularly well-received, as he highlighted the critical role of in-factory inspections in ensuring PV module performance. His practical examples underscored the importance of meticulous control over product design, materials, and processes to mitigate field failures.
